Free express shipping within Australia.

Orders received Monday-Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours, orders received on the Weekend or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.  Once your package has been sent you will receive an email providing you with a tracking number.

Orders are sent Express by Australia Post arriving within 2-5 working days Australia wide in metro areas and 4-7 working days in rural areas.

We cannot take any responsibility for delivered items that are stolen/missing.  Providing a daytime address where someone is home to take delivery is the best option, alternatively a PO Box or secured letter box capable of taking parcels will assist in safe delivery.

Sometimes parcels can be delayed due to matters out of our control, if your package is not received within theses time frames please let us know and will follow it through for you.

Murkani Jewellery will be sent direct from Murkani with Free Standard Shipping In Australia.

International Orders Covid Update

There has been severe disruption to International delivery times please visit the Australia Post Covid update page for the current expected delivery times for your country.  We are happy to receive your order on the basis that you know and understand the situation and that these delays are outside of our control.

Free International Standard Shipping on orders over $150. (Orders under this amount will be charged a flat rate of $25AU).

SHIPPING - PRELOVED COLLECTION

Whilst you order will be posted Express at Jessie Sue's expense for Trade-in, please be conscious that your order is being posted by another Jessie Sue Crew member, who may not be able to get to the post office the next day as we do.  We expect that crew members will post the item within 3 working days of receiving the postage paid label from us. and you can expect the Express service to start from this time. 

 

RETURNS & SIZE EXCHANGE.

Items purchased on Sale, or in our Preloved Collection are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

RETURNS.

We hope that you love your purchase from Jessie Sue, but understand that it doesn't always work out, if this is the case you can return it for a store credit. Our store credits have no restrictions or expiry date.

We recommend choosing to track your return for your own peace of mind.   Once received in store your return will be processed and you will be emailed your store credit within 1-2 days.

SIZE EXCHANGE. 

If you love your purchase from Jessie Sue but the sizing just isn't quite right we will exchange it for a alternate size (subject to stock availability). 

We will accept exchange of your order:

If is received by us within 21 days from the original purchase date.

Items must be returned in a saleable condition with original packaging and tags attached and have not been worn, damaged, altered or washed.

Exchange can be made if your replacement size is in stock, we would suggest checking our site for availability and sending us a quick email to reserve it for you info@jessiesue.com.au . If stock is not available you are welcome to return it for a store credit by following the instructions above.
